Every action has a reaction There is a force, that generates when an object interacts with another object. Forces result from interactions, they are self originating. For example when you sit on a chair your body puts a downward force on the chair and then the chair puts an upward force on your body. The very force you put on chair and the force on your body, are known as action and reaction forces.
