Name: Kevin McKenzie Position: Founder GenZone   When I look in the mirror, I see myself as a man who follows 3 things: Quality: Quality is the most important thing in any person’s life or business. Everything I do has quality first then profits second. This is the secret behind how our company GenZone has grown to be one of the leading business setup agencies and consulting firms in Dubai. Hard Work: I pride myself on working hard, luckily I found a passion of mine in helping people relocate their businesses to Dubai. It may sound boring to the average person, but to me it is one of the most exciting things. Smart Work: I pride myself on working hard, but time is limited. That’s why I have grown my business by working smart. Knowing the ins and outs of my business is really important to be successful. You can’t grow a business without knowing everything about it. Making errors should never happen and if they do it should only happen when you are doing new things. That’s why we have a clear cut process for all our clients that guarantees results and guarantees the results to be done fast. I hate wasting people’s time and money, so that’s why we do not do it.

Where does your motivation come from?

People always ask me this since I spend almost all day working. I guess my motivation comes from the desire to be successful. Growing up, I always wanted to be successful, cliche, but it’s the truth. The feeling of being someone others could look up to and admire is one reason why I have always wanted to keep striving and working past the standard.

If you could compare yourself to a famous entrepreneur, who would it be?

Elon Musk I admire Elon Musk because he’s always pushing the limits and thinking way ahead of the curve. His boldness and willingness to tackle huge challenges. I relate to his drive, always looking for ways to innovate and make a difference.

What are your mornings like?

5:30am – Wake up and start working immediately by replying to all my clients 8:00am – Start taking calls with prospective clients and current clients 11:30am – Eat lunch 12:30pm – Continue taking calls & working with clients and my team 4:00pm – Dinner 5:00pm – Continue taking calls & working with clients and my team 8:30pm – Stop working and go to sleep

If you could go back 5 years, what advice would you give to yourself?

Keep doing what you’re doing! I always had the same mentality, success at all costs. But other than that, I would say, move to Dubai right away. This city has grown my entire life so much faster since I am always around amazing people who can help me grow.

Where do you see yourself In 5 years?

I see GenZone.co being one of the largest “move to Dubai” agencies in the UAE. We are pushing hard to be the best, and I strongly believe that we are the best already. Next is to be the biggest. We are working really hard to provide our clients with a top notch experience, and soon we will be introducing new VIP offers inside of our process.

What is one thing you stand by?

Treat others how you would like to be treated. I think everyone should live by this. It has changed my life and grown my business tremendously.
