After 15 years in the corporate world, primarily in international business development, Victoria Klibor chose to build a career more closely aligned with her strengths, values, and sense of purpose. Today, she works as a career and executive coach, supporting executives, specialists, and international talents through important transitions.
Her coaching is grounded in a simple belief: people are often far more capable than they realise. Rather than providing answers, she helps clients develop the clarity, confidence, and self-efficacy to find their own.
The Origin Story: From International Business to Executive Coaching
Victoria’s move into coaching was the result of reflection rather than impulse. Over the course of her career, she worked across industries, countries, and cultures and became increasingly drawn to the human side of professional success: personal growth, decision-making, resilience, and helping people unlock their potential.
That led her to pursue a coaching education with the clear intention of building her own coaching business. She was particularly inspired by the impact that greater self-efficacy can have on both professional and private life and wanted to support others in navigating important transitions with greater clarity and confidence.
Victoria is also the co-founder of Klibor & Klibor, together with her mother, an experienced psychotherapist. She works in coaching, while her mother works in psychotherapy. They represent two different approaches, both focused on the client’s development and support, and can, where appropriate, complement each other in meaningful ways.
Coaching Methodology: Decisiveness, Confidence, and Purposeful Action
Every coaching engagement is tailored to the individual, but each coaching journey begins in the same place: establishing clarity around the client’s current situation, aspirations, strengths, values, and relevant experience.
From there, the focus is often on three key areas: strengthening decisiveness, building confidence, and taking purposeful action.
Depending on the client’s situation, coaching may address career transitions, leadership challenges, personal branding, executive presence, networking strategies, or long-term career planning. What matters most is supporting clients to understand not only what they want to achieve, but also why it matters to them and how they can use their strengths to move forward.
Victoria sees her role as offering both support and challenge – encouraging reflection while maintaining a clear focus on practical action and tangible progress.
Why Coaches Owe It to Their Clients to Keep Growing
Victoria believes coaching requires continuous growth. If coaches encourage their clients to learn and evolve, they must be willing to do the same.
Ongoing education helps refine skills, broaden perspective, and deepen awareness of one’s own assumptions and blind spots – all of which matter when supporting clients in a thoughtful and sustainable way.
Final Insight: What Truly Changes Us
For decades, one idea has shaped Victoria’s perspective on growth and human development: there is more within you than you realise.
Many people believe that reaching a particular goal, title, or milestone will fundamentally change their lives. In Victoria’s experience, what truly changes us is who we become in the process of pursuing it.
In a world that is increasingly complex and unpredictable, the best preparation is not a perfect plan, but the mindset, confidence, and creativity to navigate uncertainty.
